Jake's brother and wife lived in San Diego so the day after the wedding, we drove to San Diego to spend a couple days with them. It was my first time in San Diego, and boy is it beautiful! Jake took me and the girls to Ocean Beach and La Jolla Beach...guess which one was prettier??? Anyway, this was the one family photo we got...can you tell who the shy one in the family is?
It was fun to have our first family road trip and see how the girls would travel. For the most part it was a great trip and we drove back late at night so the girls could sleep. It is a 6 hour drive for us to get to San Diego. A very manageable trip!
