Well, we had an ultrasound yesterday, at 7 weeks and this is what we saw. We were able to see the heart beating, which was pretty amazing. I have never had an ultrasound this early before. The baby doesn't even have arm and leg buds yet, and the thing that looks like its head on the right, is actually the pre-placenta sac. God is so amazing!
In this picture, you can actually see the heart beating in the space directly to the left of the baby...you have to look really close. The baby's heart rate was 140, which is normal for now.
So amazing!
